If you commission me through Discord, VGen, email, Payhip, or any other platform, you agree to my TOS/EULA.

All products and commissions are non-refundable. If you violate my TOS/EULA, I reserve the right to cancel or terminate your commission, service, or access without a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are subject to the following Texas legislation:

1. Texas Business & Commerce Code § 1.304 — Good Faith
2. Texas Business & Commerce Code § 2.301 — Parties' Contractual Obligations
3. Texas Business & Commerce Code § 2.302 — Unconscionable Contract Clauses
4. Texas Business & Commerce Code § 17.46 — Deceptive Trade Practices

By agreeing to these TOS/EULA, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and that they are subject to applicable Texas law and legislation.
