By purchasing any of my Avatars, you are agreeing to the following.

• Do NOT put my models into Blender under any circumstances. Heavy edits are strictly prohibited.
• Redistribution, resale, or making my avatars public in any form is absolutely forbidden.
• Want to use my models on Twitch, TikTok, or any social platform? You must join my server and open a ticket to request proper permission.
• SFW models are to remain SFW. Using them for any NSFW content is a direct violation of these rules.
• Do NOT extract or reuse any assets, custom textures, or Unity settings from my models. These are not for free use or repurposing.
• No price splitting unless I’ve specifically offered a price split option.
• Uploading for others/ getting uploads from others on your behalf. If you do not have the funds, you may not ask a friend, partner, or anyone else to purchase or upload for you. Uploads are done only through me or my designated uploaders via the server. Circumventing this is a breach of TOS and will result in a ban.
• No putting my models into AI. Putting my models through any will result in immediate removal of your license and access to my models.
• Do not resell or leak my models this will result in immediate removal of your licence and ownership of the model, will also result in an instant ban in my server and store
• When you purchase/download my products, you are being granted a license to use the asset rather than being given ownership of the asset itself. The files, models, textures, edits, and related content remain my intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This change helps make usage rights, restrictions, and protections much clearer for both customers and creators. The EULA will outline things like:

What you can and cannot do with purchased assets

Avatar/model editing permissions

Redistribution and leaking policies

Commercial usage limitations (if applicable)

Refund/dispute policies

Account responsibility and asset sharing restrictions For most legitimate customers, nothing major changes in day-to-day use. This is mainly a clarification and strengthening of the legal language surrounding digital asset licensing and protection.
